Blue Hill is a medium roasted coffee blended with fresh ground Maine Chaga. We start with Organic beans from Papua New Guinea and roast them just before 2nd crack to give a delicious and smooth coffee with low acidity. Our chaga is responsibly sourced in Northern Maine.
